Workers compensation claims

If you have been injured at work and lodged a workers compensation claim you may be entitled to compensation.  If a claim is pended or disputed we will provide advice about the prospects of proving a claim and represent you through the dispute resolution process that Workcover provide.

We will also provide you with advice about your claim and options available to you throughout your claim.

You may also be entitled to compensation or common law damages if your injury was caused by the negligence of your employer or a third party.  There are strict time limits, procedures to follow to be eligible to start a common law claim against your employer.  We will give you advice about the prospects of success, the benefits and risks and provide advice.  We will also calculate the amount of compensation you may be entitled for your injuries and losses.

Public Liability claims

If you have been injured due to the fault of an owner/occupier and have submitted a claim you may be entitled to compensation.  We can provide advice about the prospects of success and calculate the amount of compensation you may be entitled to. 

Motor Vehicle Service

If you have lodged a claim with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia (ICWA) then you may be entitled to compensation if you are able to prove that you sustained an injury and loss because of the negligence of another driver. We can provide advice about liability if ICWA either dispute or attempt to reduce a claim.  We will also calculate the amount of compensation you may be entitled for your injuries and losses.

Criminal Injury Compensation

You may be entitled to compensation if you  have suffered an injury and loss and have lodged a claim as a victim of an offence.  There is also a time limit to claim which is generally three years.

Income Protection Insurance /Total Permanent Disability Insurance

We can assist you through the claim process or provide advice and direction if a claim takes too long to be processed or is disputed.
